One of our favourite summer Gin Cocktail recipes is "The Hartley". This Negroni style Gin Cocktail needs a solid, classic London Dry Gin such as Hayman's London Dry or Sipsmith Gin to stand upto the bittersweet flavours of the Campari. Delicious and totally refreshing on a warm summers evening.
THE HARTLEY
- 50ml / 1.75 fl oz Your Gin of Choice (London Dry recommended)
- 150ml / 5 fl oz Franklin & Sons Indian Tonic Water
- 5ml / 1 Teaspoon of Fresh Orange Juice
- 5ml / 1 Teaspoon of Campari
- Single slice of orange on a cocktail stick to garnish
METHOD: Add ice, gin & tonic to a balloon gin glass, then add the fresh orange juice, followed by the Campari, Finally add the garnish and enjoy!
