Eat Me Cookies Recipe
Ingredients :
- 250g Butter
- 140g Caster Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 300g Plain Flour
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Method :
- Preheat Oven to 190c (Gas Mark 5)
- Sift flour, sugar, salt & baking powder into bowl
- Add butter and mix until crumbly
- Stir in Egg & Vanilla Extract
- Chill for 1 hour
- Sprinkle surface & Stamp with flour
- Divide dough into golf ball sized pieces, slightly flatten & stamp
- Place on greased baking tray
- Bake for 6-8 minutes
- Cool on a wire cooling rack
